No law shall be enacted, enforced, nor funded, without a confirmation vote of the people. All laws will be reviewed no less than every five years to determine their validity and to review their documented effects.
The people are to determine if the law is fair to all people and constructive of peace, security, life, and freedom. If the law is destructive of peace, security, or life, it is to be deactivated from active Law Code as well as any sub-enactments constructed based on the initial law.
No law will be enacted that prevents the people from amending or suspending an enactment or law.
